Welcome to Sterner’s Tae Kwon Do Academy

We are a professional martial arts school that specializes in Tae Kwon Do / Karate for all ages, and American Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for adults as well. Our specially designed curriculum is easy and fun to learn, but helps develop a strong understanding and value of the Korean Martial Art of Tae Kwon Do.  We offer classes for ages 2.5 through adult.
