every one of our classes starts with 20 minutes of a ongoing Cardio, Strength, and Flexibility workout to help you get in great shape fast! In that amount of time, someone who weighs 155 lbs. can burn 744 calories doing Martial Arts, and a 185-lb. person burns 888 calories.

 

Self Defense

You will get trained for real life situations that you most likely will encounter in today’s dangerous world. We use a diverse mix of Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, and Hapkido to give the best mixture to have you ready to defend yourself if that situation arrives.

Taekwondo
The cornerstone of our Martial Art program is Taekwondo which is a Korean Martial Art that focuses on a perfect blend of blocks, strikes, stances, and kicks. Taekwondo is the number one Martial Art at building an adult’s flexibility, core, and leg strength. Which is why we use it as a foundation in your Martial Arts training. 

 

Community

We have trained an amazing group of professionally trained adults that love to teach and love to connect with other individuals that are fun and active within the Community. You will enjoy making new friends that over time will become part of your extended family as you learn and train through the ranks.
